In the beginning project anticipated restoration of Bogdanovich - Repman mansion built according with project of architect A.O. Gunst in 1901-1903. This is one of the most harmonious architecture creations of Gunst compiling neogreek and modernistic styles in the same time.
During the restoration special attention was turned to recreation of architecture decoration of mansion front pieces and also to a home d?cor. In one part of the building historical context is being saved with furniture from the beginning of 20 century. While in the other part rooms are created with total accordance to modern requirements on decoration, engineering and furniture.
