Project Concept Strategy

The Project Concept phase is critical for any development and demands a particularly solid and clear decision-making process. Before any design decisions are made, CMI prepares a project priority list to clearly define the goals of the project. Often these project goals may conflict with one another; a typical example is budget versus aesthetics. Working closely with its Investors, the CMI Project Team clearly illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of each decision. In this way CMI and its Investors can effectively get a clear picture of the important project goals enabling the team to move into the design phase without delays.
